PDC Madness

Went into work yesterday to fix some additional issues with the samba/PDC move, try and squeeze some extra juice from the setup and cleanup the machine accounts (a computer is never an inetOrgPerson, ever). Noticed that fast user switching in OS X doesn’t populate the list from LDAP, and that I need to look into using a “table” menu-layout for FUSA (like the vendor selection combo in gnome-cups-add) if all the items don’t fit vertically.
